can i perm it without it commin out again?

ok i dyed my hair dec 11.. it said wait at least 2wks 2 perm, so i permed it like dec 25 or 26 but it took sum of my hair out and the perm didnt take.. can i perm it again witout worryin bout my har commin out?

I would leave it alone and have a professional look at it why did it come out on the 25th? Something is wrong there. Do you want to take another chance? It might all come out this time! If your black then you really need to leave it alone until it is healthy, our hair cannot take a lot of chemicals
