And after thinking about it, it depresses me and ruins my day. I mean I'm fine later or even the next day, but in that period of time that I am like that I can't do anything to cheer myself up. 1. Tell someone, talk to your school counselor, or a parent.
2. EXERCISE it is THE healthiest thing you can do for you body and mind. Personally I never feel better and have happier thoughts than when I am in good physical condition.
3. See a doctor, they can prescribe anti-depressant drugs.

Do you have anyone you feel comfortable talking to? Whether it be your parents, other family members, school counselor? Maybe you could try talking about this with them and perhaps see a therapist. Sounds like something common with teens as I have 2 and they are the same way. It's sad that teens have so much stress and most adults just don't understand or recognize it. It's good to talk about things rather than keeping them inside which can drive you mad!! Find someone you trust and talk to them. I always tell my boys to focus on the here and now and take each day as it comes. Worrying too much isn't good for you! =) Plus it does no good to worry....none. So as a mom of 2 teens and an 8 yr old and 4 stepkids I'm telliin' ya the same thing. Have fun and live in the here and now as you never know what the future holds for you. Things will come and when they do deal with them then, don't worry because worrying and stressing over it won't change anything or help you........as you teens say "just chill".....do you still say that? LOL

Now smile, be happy, have fun and be a kid, it doesn't last very long!!!

Take Care,
Tori

Well you need to learn just to let that stuff you are thinking about just wait, cause it does nothing for you to worry about things that are 5 years away. So many things can happen from now til then, so you really need to learn to relax, and not be worrying about the things that you need to do from this time and the next five years, cause all that is going to do is stress you, and you really do not need that, nor do you need to end up having a really bad depression problem. So just try to take each day, just day by day, and not worry about what the next day or 5 years down the road is going to be, let it come normally and just enjoy yourself , and the life you have now, and not be stressing about things, that aren't even here yet. Good luck, god bless. and you take care and try to quit that worrying.

Talk to a counselor. They are they to help u and teach u coping skills that will help u ease the pressures.

Something u might also want to consider in addition to talking to a counselor is meditation. Meditation works wonders for stress and depression by helping clear ur mind and bring u focus and it only takes a few minutes a day. Lots of great resources on the net for meditation.

Hope this helps :)

You need to be told that ALL of the things you are going through right now, are horrible .. B U T you are going through them for a reason, the reason being is that life is not easy, but our hard times make us stronger , stronger to deal with future griefs, and OTHERS future griefs.
Life's challenges will greet you at each age, but do NOT worry about the next five years, just think of today and tomorrow and celebrate that LIFE is COOL. Sometimes sucky.. BUT COOL .
Dead is WAY TO PERMANENT.

Oh child, SLOW DOWN....It is good that you have thought about your future and setting goals is the key. First set reasonable goals for your self. Always remember don't sweat the small stuff, just like a relationship pick your battles. You are still young and have a full life ahead of you. Baby steps, deep breaths, and don't forget you are only young once.

sounds like you may be pretty anxious. anxiety can wear you out and make you depressed. sometimes you need a med, some people are just wired to be anxious. therapy can help some folks, others need meds for life.
try and get some help so you aren't so miserable. don't worry about the future so much...it does not help a darn thing! really!

Talk to the school therapist and he/she may suggest a chat with an outside therapist or doctor.
This is very common . Get some good therapy and I hope you feel well soon.
