Most wing injuries are not broken bones.
Watch your bird and see if it is able to stretch its wing out. Birds do this from time to time. If so, the wing isn't broken and will heal in its own time.
Some sprains can take 6 weeks to heal, but if the bird acts healthy and is able to stretch its wing out, it should be fine.

First of all you want to determine if your cockatiel is molting. If it is a severe molt sometimes the new feathers coming in their wings can irritate the bird. Is the bird preening more than usual as well? Is it actually the wing drooping or just some loose feathers? If you can say the bird is molting then get some molting food at the pet store and worry no more. But if it is actually the wing drooping, as if it is broken, take the bird to the vet otherwise your bird may never be able to fly again.

There isn't much a vet could do, except verify if it is broken, or not. It will pretty much have to heal on it's own, because you can't really put a cast on a bird's wing feasibly!! Nature has it's own mechanism's to heal it's creatures. The best thing you can do is to keep him away from any other birds you may have, as other's will pick on an injured member, which is nature's way of weeding out the weak, and keep the species strong. Keep him warm, comfortable, well-fed, and Mother Nature will perform her miracle--Birdman

No, you can't.
What you can do is take it to the vet. Drooping wings are usually a sign of sickness, exhaustion, or an injury, none of which you can treat properly without at least a vet's consultation.
Take it to the avian vet for a checkup. It's only like $50, jeeze.

I think you should call the vet and see what they say because I had a parakeet that flew into my door and broke its neck and passed away. I do not want that to happen to your feathery friend.
