The education system could be improved. Universities should be difficult to graduate than to get into, otherwise those students keep cheating the exams and stop studying after they enter their schools.
It will bring dynamic chenges to the whole sociery.

do loike china, put a limit on havin kids, i would recomend, at least for them, 1 kid, maby for only a couple generations.
there are too many people in the world. when you apply for a job, on agerage there are about 40 other people applying. sometimes hundreds.
at least in america.
