there's this guy i like alot and i think he kinda likes me,BUT we're both shy. how can a start a good conversation with him.

just be yourself and relax.take a deep breath and introduce yourself .for example,just be friendly and say hi,how are you,etc.don't worry and you'll be comfortable around him once you get to know him!
