There's a guy, he's attractive (7.5 out of 10), I've seen him at three places consistently.
Coffee shop/Lounge, there almost every day reading.
Library, always working at the same area in the morning
Games, I see him in the crowd at intramural games sometimes, sitting in the crowding, sometimes reading, sometimes watching
my friends and I are kind of stalking him, should I approach him?

This is just creepy. If the situation were reversed and it was a man who was following you around, it would be criminal.

Approach him!
Next time when you see him, tell him that you saw him couple times before, and that you want to be friends with him,, so after two or three days tell him that you want to go in a date with him, and then pick him up from there!

I would think that if you have seen him then he has seen you!
I don't like the word stalking him... that sounds unhealthy.
I think it would be fine if you spoke and said hi and that you have seen him about.
See what happens but watch the stalking, it would be a turn off if your not careful.

Well, it depends. If he notices that you and his friends have been stalking him, probably not. Stalkers tend to scare people off. If he hasn't noticed, then I would suggest that you should approach him. The worst thing he can say is no.

You've followed him that far what would it hurt to go to him I'm sure he has seen you by now. F.Y.I stalking is illegal though.
