how do i delete a files in my flash disk?

i can't open the 16 files which have the same filename & kb, its been a while since these files appeared and its taking up too much space.

right click on them and click on delete.

If the files are not adjacent to each other,
click the top file
control+click the rest
delete

Right-click over them and select "delete".
