My ex and I broke up over 2 years ago, he broke up with me. And yet he still is talks about what all we did together, which wasnt much. And he's also saying we did more stuff then what actually happened. Why is he doing this?

He's living a fantasy of when you both were together back then. He's still stuck in that time period. He still wishes he had you. Wake up! He's still in love with you! He hasn't gotten over you yet. If you want to move on, then I suggest ignoring him, not talking or associating with him at all. He'll get the message sooner or later.

more and likely he wants to get back with u but if thats the case look back on y u guys broke up and if u have a boyfriend dont leave him for ur ex and if u dont havea boyfriend still look back on the reason u to broke up and then decided what to do

Probably because you're the only really great girl he's ever had, and he wants people to know you were together, most likely to impress them. He needs to move on and find a new girl to fawn over, and you need to tell him that!!

He is doing it because some men are immature. He probally broke up with you because he wasn't mature enough for a relationship in the first place.

One word... Delusional. Really maybe he recognizes that you were a great catch, of course in retrospect. He probably feels guilty and stupid because he made a bad decision in letting you go. If it makes you feel uncomfortable... tell him. If you aren't interested in rekindling the relationship... tell that too.

Perhaps his life with you was much happier than his life has been without you. Perhaps you gave him the confidence in himself that allowed him to do things that he is unable to do now and he hasn't been able to find anything to give him that confidence again.

He may just want to gloat. And also remind you of the good times so perhaps you might remember how good he was, or be jelous of him.
