my mother in law, she is in her late 50's just found out she had abnormal CT & will be seeing a neurologist Friday, we are anxious.
She just lost her 40 yr old son, only child to a car wreck last year, he was my daughters father she is 17. I am scard we are about to have to face something else traumatic for my daughter as this is her grandmother.
Any ideas what it might be?

I feel very sorry for this loss you guys have suffered. what exactly is the abnormality on the CT scan? I can see she must have seen the neurologist for the dizziness. flashes could be menopausal (if she has not had a hysterectomy yet), could represent a problem if they are very short lived. Nausea could be from a lot of reasons too. Do write to me the details (how did what symptoms start, how are they progressing etc) and I will try to explain it all to you, good luck
