My friend wants to break it off with his girlfriend. his girlfriend is really cool and she thinks i'm funny. should i go ahead and snap her up as i don't think she'll be too heartbroken. we have good chemistry.

While it wouldn't be bad if you waited a few months it's not a good idea to "snap her up" right now. Besides maybe SHE has other ideas and someone else in mind. She has a right to make her own choices.

Go for it if your friend is not that close to you. Otherwise, forget about it. If you are really close to your friend or you can talk to him easily, talk to him about it and bring up the topic and see what he thinks. Sometimes being straight forward is the easiest path to your destination!

no not right now ....give the break up time, then go in for the kill - that way they're over it and no one can give you shittt for it....and be honest with your buddy about it - but if its gonna make you and the girl happy then get on that palll!

That might mess up your friendship with your friend... be careful.... if should would even consider dating you... after dating your friend....then your friend had the right idea by braking up with her... and you should stick with him
