It depends on the kind of cup cake and what goes into the recipe. A chocolate cup cake with frosting for eg. would have around 350 - 400 calories in every 100gms

You can look it up on caloriecount.com, because everyone here will tell you something different, depending on how big the cupcakes they eat are and what kind they like, etc.
