OMG YES, especially if you are mega dosed!
It also takes away emotion... the bad ones AND the good ones. It is "ZOMBIE in a bottle"

Actually, Seroquel makes me LESS confused.

I have trouble thinking clearly and understanding the part about what is real and what isn't. Seroquel has helped me get better.

Even a small dose practically knocks me out. I wouldn't say I get confused - more like "stunned" and very lethargic.

depends on the dose but in larger doses yes it can and may cause some disorentaiotn and confusion
