Look at the under side of the wing. A break is obvious. Compare it to the normal wing. You can put it in alignment and secure it with a cut piece of hard plastic and easy to remove tape. It will heal rather quickly.I think it took 3 weeks. You can have an avian vet do this also. Have a tweet year.It has to be done soon or permanent nerve damage and infection can happen.

Yes, it can be fixed, the best thing for your bird, if it has a broken wing, is a visit to the avian vet. Just call any vet and ask if they take care of birds. They'll be able to tell you if there is anything you can do before going to the vet as well.
