American Association of Pro-Life Obstetricians and Gynecologists is good, but the National Office of Post Abortion Reconciliation and Healing is probably the best in my opinion at present. Assembleys of God Family Services does a lot of good work too in helping pregnant mothers and in placing unwanted children.
You know, there IS an organization called the Atheist and Agnostic Pro-Life League. This isn't simply a Christian issue or viewpoint.

I'm going to say this and it's merely a guess; Doctors Without Borders. They go above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to helping people in need of medical services that they normally couldn't afford.
I read a news story a while back about a local medical school grad who served her internship with D.W.B on only $2,000 a month while her classmates were working in hospitals making a lot more than that. I applaud her for her dedication to her craft.

The best pro life organization is YOU.
If you think you can go and offend people, picket, threaten and murder doctors, and blow up clinics, and this will achieve anything, you are a fool. And i AM a Christian. If someone really wants babies to live, there are lots of poor and deserving mothers and babies that you can better spend your money on.

Someone who is pro-life is someone who is against abortion in any and all cases. They believe that a zygote has all the rights of a grown adult human, unless of course that adult is a pregnant woman, who has no right to decide what happens in her body.
Ironically, people who are pro-life are in favor of the death penalty and killing people in Iraq.
