I think i might have SAD. Warm bright places make me feel so much better.
Technecly it should work because SAD has a lot to do with the chemicals your brain makes when you receve a lot of light.

It does work. It takes a pretty bright light

i try to drink more whole milk and get out in the sun as much as possable, it helps. but when the clouds just seem to cover the sky for days on end its gets to me. i havent bought one of those lights to help me on days like tht, but i dont know tht when i get enough sun its alot easier to make it through my days.if you cant get out in the sun enough i would reccomend you try it. it might work for you.
