You need to network. Someone has had training you just don't know them yet.Split ends must be cut to stop the spitting action up the strand. However if you have spits farther up the strand or hairs that are shorter all over, it's not splits, it's breaks from stress on the hair, like hair ties, bands and the such. Those have to be grown out. Use a professional protein reconstructor that is used once weekly. Use softer scrunchies or clips on dry hair only. Use a vent brush or wide tooth comb and leavein conditioner on wet hair. Reduce blow drying and flat ironing. Purchase a shine product that can be used on wet and dry hair to control the fuzzy look. Get hair trimmed every 6-8 weeks.

You should get your hair trimmed, this will completely solve your problem. But if there are no salons where you are, and you are afraid to trim it yourself. Well, then try a leave in conditioner or a leave in conditioner mask, and do that about 3 times a week, pantene has a great mask that is under 6 dollars, it works wonders!

You need to deep condition your hair. Use a hot oil treatment, or really strong conditioner. I have definitely noticed a difference since I have used Pantene Pro-V deep conditioner. It comes in this big tub. I slather it all over my hair, and then put it into a bun in the shower so it really conditions it. When I wash it out, my hair's really soft. Also, you need to get a trim. Good luck!

The only way to get rid of split ends you already have is to get them cut. I get mine trimmed every other month to keep hair healthy. No product will stop split ends so that is your best bet.

Once the split starts you can't really stop it. You need to trim your ends. Try snipping off up to 1/2 inch and you'll be fine. Get someone you really trust who has steady hands to help with this so that you don't have uneven areas.
