It's always on the same tooth too and happens when I eat gummy bear type candy or something with caramel.

Most likely there is a cavity where you can't see it and the sugar irritates the hole in the tooth enamel.
Go to the dentist and get it fixed before your damage it more.

This could mean you have a cavity. But, I am sure it is just a sweet tooth. If you eat too much sugar, or gummy foods, your tooth will become very sensitive. Don't worry about! ; ) You are just fine! But, you might want to have someone check it because I am not a dentist, and the fact that I cant really see your teeth right now. HEHEHEHEHEHEHE. Okay... Hopes this helps!

If I was in the women's bathroom - I could only assume that I had my arms around a piece of candy. So, no, I would not need actual candy and would not eat that.
