Yes, God clearly understands that.

He didn't create only two people, have you read the Bible? After He made them male and female, then it is stated that there is not a man to till the earth, then He made Adam, and placed him in the garden, from Adam he created Eve. This is in the book of Genesis. Leviticus 18 speaks of the unlawful relationships.

Adam and Eve were created with a pure genetic code. Their offspring were not damaged.

Only after hundreds of years, and many generations did the genetic code become corrupt.

After the law of Moses was adopted, incestous relationships were banned.
