If your hair gets puffy odds are it's on the fine side. Maybe find a shampoo and conditioner that promotes volume and smoothing would help.

Also, if fine hair is genetic there isn't a whole lot you can do about that but you can help by eating vitamin E rich foods. I know Extra virgin olive oil is high in fat but, remember it's a good fat. :o)

Good Luck,

I have the same problem with my hair girl..lol. I just buy this hair surem , u just put a little bit in your hair before u blow dry it and it makes it alot smoother and less likely to poof out so much. I think it's called Skinny serum from Paul mitchell. It works wonders. Hope it all works out for you!

Ok, I have the same problem, especially when my hair dries. Use Sunsilk Anti-Poof shampoo & conditioner. It really works!

try uing sunsilk anti-poof to make it straight and leave it in for a while then wash it out and blow dry it and then flat iron it really straight in small pieces so that it will take well and your problem will be resolved.

If you use a hair shiner it glosses down your hair. Unfortunately it also makes it oily so you have to be careful about how much you use.
