Knock two eggs together to crack, you can also gently tap on the edge of the skillet as well as the counter top, but somehow you have to get those darn things open! Once you have established a crack in the shell, gently poke your thumb in the crack and pull apart over the skillet/bowl so that your egg falls out of the shell into the hot fat in the skillet or the bowl. This will take some practice to get it in the skillet in one piece, but after a few times, you'll be an expert just like the best of chef's!

Just crack the eggs. No offense intended, but if you don't know how to get the eggs out of the shell then what you should really do is get a beginners' cookbook. Or better yet, have somebody help you cook breakfast because you need help.

this is a funny question! how are you cooking the eggs? how you do you want to serve them? im only asking because if you plan on serving scrambled, in a casserole, or "sunny side up" its simple. if you plan on poaching them, thats easy too. if you plan on serving in the shell, thats still easy, but a different prep. to release an egg from its shell, you "crack"it... in other words tap it on the side of a bowl not real hard, but just enough to crack the shell. then CAREFULLY seperate the two halves of the shell releasing the egg into your bowl or whatever your cooking with (boiling water for poached or a fry pan or WHATEVER>
