almost sounds like electrical interference with computer or other electronic device in cab, only experience it in extremely cold weather, very intermittent, lasts 5 -10 seconds, seems to be worse around other cars.

i own a repair shop,and its possible its coming through the radio,from the alternator ,if it is ,this is a sign the alternator is going out on it,you can take it by any auto zone or advance auto ,and have them check it while its on the car,and they can tell you if its starting to go out on it,id rather catch it now as have it break down on the road somewhere ,good luck with it,i hope this help,s.
