Before you go to sleep have

2 paracetamols &

1 pint of water, or at least , 1/2 pint of water!

Its a preventative rather than cure.

Hang on, I am thinking it over... The best breakfast is fruit juice or a smoothie, to replace the lost minerals and vitamins. As for painkillers, aspirin works well to combat the hangover: take as soon as you wake up. For sensitive stomachs peppermint and chamomile. Whatever you do, do not drink more alcohol! Grease food is bad for your shape but it absorbs all the alcohol remaining. Fries with ketchup are perfect (they replace the lost salt)

Drink ALOT of water before you go to bed, the reason you experience a hangover in the morning is due to the dehydration caused by the alcohol.

The best way to cure a hang over is this: make sure you have a lot of water near when you wake up (dehydration will be a problem), five tylonal. Once you're not thirsty any more and the headace and joint pains goes away your good to go.

at most health food stores you can buy some stuff called SEPIA 30c or 30x... it is a trace mineral- take up to 5 the morning of... your hangover will be gone in 20 minutes

this is also good for migranes and leg cramps- also constipation

My advice is to drink lots of cold water, don't move around too much; then, when you feel able to move about without chucking, eat some small bits of chicken slowly. Should get better after!

Water. Water, water, water. "Hangover" is just a name for moderate dehydration caused by alcohol consumption. Drink water before going to bed when you drink a lot.

drink cold water or cold beer and take a good nap when you wake up you will feel a lot better no more hangover good luck.

drink plenty of water and sleep as much as possible. ooh an treat yourself to a chocolate bar or maybe a smoothie to be healthy when you wake up!
