no liquids, just food...like a WHOLE BUNCH of snacks...would they mind???

Yeah, but you have to be careful that there are no liquids that are more than 3 ounces! So watch those fruit snack gushers... they might have a bomb in them!

Seriously, I'm pretty sure it's ok.

You're allowed to have food on a plane (even food you bring from home -- you don't have to just buy it after security). However, many countries have restrictions about bringing in certain items like fresh fruit, meat, etc. into their countries in case you bring unknown germs, bugs that would threaten their crops. The US doesn't allow fresh fruit or vegetables or meat (there's a line on the customs declaration), and there's US Dept of Agriculture dogs often in the baggage claim to smell bags from particular destinations.

Yes- But becarful-If you are going international, find out the rules on what you can bring into their COuntry through customs.

I almost got a heavy fine for bringing uneaton nuts into Australia

they won't mind, but you have to have the snacks in a CLEAR plastic bag, so they can see and smell them. (don't be hiding bombs in yer chips..) Make sure they're all in seperate bags...(don't be mixing chips and crackers....they might make bombs too...)
