What Are The Symptoms?
Pain usually starts around the belly button and then twelve to eighteen hours later, moves over to the lower right side of the abdomen. The abdomen will be very tender to the touch. There may also be nausea, vomiting, fever and a loss of appetite.

Nothing is given by mouth, but instead fluids will be given intravenously.

It starts off as general abdominal pains with fever and sometimes dirareeh, then pain will localize to right side and become painful to touch, strep has almost the same symptoms but you will get a sore throat instead of right side pain.

I have Never heard of that .....it is called a appendicitis Attack it is when your Left side below your ribs it hurts REALLY bad,They can rupture this is nothing to mess with.If you are in alot of pain and it will not go away then you need to go tothe ER ASAP.
