Crockpot Chocolate Mess
This fabulous, decadent chocolate pudding cake is made in your crockpot.
INGREDIENTS:
1 pkg. two layer chocolate cake mix
3 oz. pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
4 eggs
1 cup water
2 cups sour cream
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
PREPARATION:
Spray a 4 quart crockpot with non-stick cooking spray and set aside. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix and pudding mix. In a medium bowl, beat the eggs with the water, then add the sour cream and oil and beat until smooth.
Add to the dry ingredients and beat well. Stir in the chocolate chips.
Pour into crockpot. Cover slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours, until top springs back when touched very lightly with finger. 8-10 servings

Crockpot Chocolate Brownie Pudding Cake

1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup water
2 tbsp cocoa
2-1/2 cups brownie mix (half of a 21.5oz box)
1 egg
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 tbsp soft margarine
1/4 cup water
1/4 to 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Combine 3/4 cup water, brown sugar, cocoa in a saucepan. Bring to a
boil. In the meantime, combine the remaining ingredients in a small
bowl.Mix together well.

Spread the batter evenly in the bottom of a lightly buttered slow
cooker. Poue boiling mixture over the batter. Cover & cook on high
for 2 hours: turn heat off & let stand another 30 minutes. Spoon into
dessert dishes while warm. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.



"Desserts"(Crockpot)
~~Delightful Dessert~~

1 can cherry or apple pie filling (21 oz)
1 pkg yellow cake mix (18 1/4 oz)
1/2 c melted butter or margarine
1/3 c chopped walnuts (optional)

Place pie filling in your crockpot. Combine dry cake mix and
butter (mixture will be crumbly); sprinkle over filling.
Sprinkle with walnuts. Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3
hours. Serve in bowls. Makes 4 to 6 servings.

Indian Pudding


1 (3.4-ounce) box instant butterscotch pudding
1 (8.5-ounce) box instant corn muffin mix
6 cups milk, divided
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup dark or robust molasses
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Spray a 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray; set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together pudding mix, corn muffin mix, and 3 cups of milk until thickened, about 2 to 3 minutes; set aside.

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients. Stir into pudding mixture until well combined. Transfer to slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour. Turn slow cooker to low and stir. Cover and continue cooking for 1 more hour. Stir, cover and cook for 1 hour more.
Serve warm.

This recipe is delicious!!! I used to make it only for the holidays but now i make it at least once a month...ENJOY

DESSERT FONDUE

1 tsp. butter
16 (1 oz.) chocolate candy bars
30 lg. marshmallows
1/2 c. milk
1/2 pt. whipping cream (Dream Whip)

In crock pot, greased with butter, put chocolate bars, marshmallows and milk in crock pot, cover and turn on low. Stir every 30 minutes during the first hour until melted and smooth. After the first hour gradually add whipping cream, cover and cook on low for 2 to 6 hours. Serve with pound cake and fruit pieces.
