My dog was spayed two days ago. What is the milky liquid?

I was looking at her stitches and saw milky liquid coming out of her nipples. What is going on?

she is lactating,go to to the vet, thry can help. this isn't uncommon.

how old was she when she was spayed? you need to call you vet as soon as you can and ask him if you need to bring her in to see him.
