If I had no muffler on my car, I would DEFINITELY be stopped and get a ticket.

So why don't motorcycles also get stopped and get tickets? They are LOUDER than any car could be, without a muffler.

I've received tickets for not having baffles on my Harley before. Just as with autos. having any sort of muffler is good enough. Unless you get caught revving it to the sky.

its usually the harleys that have the loud pipes and they do get ticketed sometimes. it all depends on what area your in and how loud they are
