It more than likely is an allergic reaction. You can try to isolate the one or more spice that could be the culprit. Make a list of the ingredients from the label of a spice jar. By going to a specialty store that carries individual spices, buy as many as you can and use them one at a time. This way you can find out which one makes you itch. It could be a long and tedious process.

You've been told by other members that you have an allergy.
How lucky you are to find out without serious consequences.
Most people have a substance that does not agree with them. You should now pay particular attention to other food re-actions and write it down in your pocket journal. Then, even years from now you will know exacly what foods to steer clear of.
It is unlikely that your doctor can give you anything to prevent these re-actions. Its just part of your metabolism. (like the poor kids that can't eat peanuts).

it may be an allergic reaction, or a skin condition called rosacea. see your doctor, and in the mean time avoid spicy foods.
