1) ?

2) 11+6 = 17
14+6 = 20

17 + 17 + 20 + 20 = 74

3) 80 + 80 = 160

370 - 160 = 210 / 2 = 105

105 * 80 = 8400

20 * 35 = 700

8400 - 700 = 7700 sq ft

There are 2 ways to do (1) here's the easy one. First using the interior angle find the exterior angle.
Aex = 180 - Ain
Aex = 180 - 120
Aex = 60
The sum of the exterior angles of a polygon equal 360, to find the number of sides divide by an angle.
Nsp = 360 / Aex
Nsp = 360 / 60
Nsp = 6
For (2) just remember you have to add 3+3 to each piece of frame. Because if you picture(no pun intended) the frame, each piece will be made 6 in longer by the sides or top and bottom width.
11+3+3=17, 11+3+3=17, 14+3+3=20, 14+3+3=20
20+20+17+17=74
Your teachers trying to be tricky here. First find the area of the whole yard. We've got the width, lets get the length.
Perimeters are = 2 X L + 2 X W
370= 2L + 2 (80)
370= 2L + 160
370 -160= 2L + 160 - 160
210= 2L
105= L
Now with the length and width of the back yard you can find the area.
ARby = 80 X 105
ARby = 8400
And the area of the pool.
ARpl = 20 X 35
ARpl = 700
Subtract the two.
AREA of the remainder = 8400 - 700 = 7700
Now that I had fun doing UR homework, plz take the time to understand the process. Because it will come up again, and again, and..... well you get the idea. Glad to help ya!

If the interior angle is 120 the exterior angle is
180-120=60 so the total number of sides is 360/60 = 6

If the 11" x 14" photo has a 3" frame all around, then it is 17" x 20" and the perimeter of the frame is 2*(17+20)=74"

If the yard has a perimeter of 370' and a width of 80' then it must have a length of (370-2*80)/2 = 105'.
Then the area of the yard is 80'*105'-20'*35'=7700 sq ft.

i am not sure about #1 either..i need more info.
number 2....add 3 inches to each side, and then add all four sides to get 62
#3 first find the area of the pool. which is 2800 and then find the area of the backyard, which is 80 for two sides and 155 for the other two, (80+80+155+155=370) and multiply 80 by 155 (12,400) and subtract 2800 which gives you the solution of 9600.

there is no longer sufficient preparation given. to illustrate, evaluate a triangle with angles 30, 30, and one hundred and twenty. Or a quadrilateral with interior angles 80, 80, 80, and one hundred and twenty. mostly, evaluate a polygon with n (>= 3) sides, with one interior attitude one hundred and twenty, and n - a million last angles all equivalent. each and every of those is "a polygon with an interior attitude" of one hundred and twenty degrees.

i believe that the polygon would have 6 sides because in an equilateral trianlge each anlge is 60 and theres 3 sides to a trianlgle so just double it

Do your own homework and listen once in awhile. I didn't and that's why I can't answer... Just go with these:

1. 120
2. 450
3. 9

and if their wrong blaim it on the idiot online that gave you those answers.
