Anyone with checking ocd ever try taking pictures with a camera?

Anyone with checking ocd ever try taking pictures with a camera of things they check alot at home and did it help your ocd any? Especially with being able to leave on time to get somewhere and not be late or almost late.

Very interesting idea! Would be much easier with cell phone cameras these days.
