Absolute alcohol. That's 100% alcohol. But you wouldn't want to drink it. It sucks water out of the lining of your mouth and oesophagus and the skin peels off. I've tried it; it's like drinking lava. I distil my own vodka. It comes out of the still as approximately 70% alcohol. Even that's too strong to drink. Straight pub spirits are about 42% alcohol, and that's the strongest drink I'd want to try. So if you're a connoisseur of single malt whiskies, you probably drink them straight and they're about this strength. The strongest spirit I've ever seen on sale commercially was a bottle of Yugoslav slivovitz (plum brandy), back in the days when that unhappy country was in one piece. It was 60+ percent alcohol and I had to dilute it. Anybody who'd drink it straight would need guts of steel.

You can't get this in any bar anywhere but if you make it at home, the Zombie is 10 oz total liquid, 7 oz of which is alcohol. In my books, that would be the strongest drink out there.

You can literally make 100% alcohol if you have the right equipment.

Everclear is the strongest I know of commercially available. I believe it is 91% alcohol (190 proof).

Everclear is the strongest available liquor in the U.S. (that I am aware of). It's not available in many states because of its high alcohol content.

A Long Island Iced Tea is pretty strong. It's all booze. A Manhattan is also another strong drink, also all booze.
