at school, i'm reallly shy. i talk online with a guy i like all the time, but at school he tries to talk to me,i get nervous because theres a lot of people around us.and hardly talk back to him.. what should i do?

just tell him you a shy person and just help you out a little or to understand why you are not that talktive in person. but eventually you have to get out of your shell. it should be smooth sailing if you know he likes you. you dont have to worry about rejection. you he already likes you. dont worry about messing it up.

Stay the way you are. Some guys like shy girls. And then some guys don't like loud ones either. You maybe a shy person right now but you won't be like that for the rest of your life. I was so shy when i was younger. Never spoke much. Now people can't shut me up.

Start with telephone conversations, if possible.
Ask him to eat lunch with you (online if you must). Pack a few sandwiches, and find somewhere reasonably secluded.
Sit back to back, so you don't have to look at him, and start talking. As you get more comfortable in his presence, SLOWLY move around until you can face him. Takke this in steps if you need to.
If he's halfway decent, he will help you in this process.

Well for one I used to be like that because I didn't know if he liked me or not but we are going to homecoming together and now dating so now I'm not shy but if you "know" he likes you and you like him back just breath and say hi first trust me is really not that hard you just dread it so much it scares you just go for it if its meant ot be its meant to be but if not there is plenty of fish in the sea hope I helped :)

Ask him to go to a secluded place, so you can talk to him in private, because if you continue to clam up, he might get the impression that you have lost interest in him.

Well you have to talk to him, i mean just act like there's knowone elas aroud you and that should make it less awkward...I mean there's a chance he may be trying to ask you out or something.
