This is my deal. I work with these two guys, one I used to be in love with and slept with (he's38). The other trained me and has been like my closest friend and we know everything about one another, and just decided yesterday to kinda start dating (we're both 27). And then there's a third guy who I used to be engaged to and we have been decent friends since (he's 31), but lately he's pushing to get back together and i don't want that so what do I do?

One thing.......it's not a good practice to date or sleep with people you work with. If some trouble would start....you don't need that at work. Never cut your meat where you make your bread. But just for the question........the first guy gets the prize...so if you've already decided to start dating someone, the other guy will just have to wait....for if or when you get free again. Best of luck to you.

You need to follow your mind and heart, that is the only way you can be happy and satisfied in life. Also this is the only that you can be true to yourself first and your gentleman friends also. Don't let what they want cloud your judgement. True love is hard enough to find. Ask the gentlemen what they think and if they only reply with their concerns then that is your future with them only their concerns. Love is a two way street. Sometimes you don't get second chances.
I'll keep you in my prayers.

You say you have just decided to go out with the 27 yr old guy. So just point out to the other guys as tactfully as you can, that u r not available.

Holy crap! Hahahaha, talk about your drama queens! Hahaha, just kidding (well, not really) Anywho, pick a guy that you want to be with and let that be that. Its not good to have "too many irons in the fire". ;)

Don't rush into anything that you don't feel comfortable with. Just follow your heart!
