has anyone travelled to Asia & the other continents without flying from austrlia recently and how to do it?

want to go accross land and sea not allowed to fly far, for medical reasons .?

Cruise ship to Singapore (search P&O to start with).
Then ship / bus /train into Malaysia, Thailand... end up wherever you want.

i traveled to india..... u wud never get sick there because they have the best medical in the world
