A university is an institute of higher learning.
A collage is a collection of individual pictures arranged into a larger picture.
A Junior collage is when your kid does it.

A junior college is a 2 year college to get your assoc. degree.
A University is a group of colleges
A college is not under the umbrella of a University..but both are the same beyond that.

A junior college or community college only offers two years of study, with an opportunity to earn an Associate's degree, certificate, or diploma. A college offers for years of study, but no master's or doctarate degrees, while a university does.
