Hunh! No matter how you cut it there are only 12 months in a year and as for an annual bonus, is that part of your package offer? Income tax rate does not change from state to state. It is based on your INCOME not where you live. The sales tax however varies by state and often there are county & city taxes as well.

Just remember while the salary they offer may sound promising, the cost of living somewhere like NY is much higher than most other places.
