1- Rattles in the front end
2- No problem with brakes or shocks
3- Seems to be coming from the wheel wells/suspension

If you hear this noise over bumps only, I would suspect the front stabilizer links and/or bushings.

Could be something as simple as removing the hubcaps if it has them since stones can get in there & rattle around.
There's not a lot around the wheel wells that would cause this except possibly the black plastic lining around the wheel well which could be loose.

I'd have the car taken to a trusted mechanic & give it a good looking over.

I have the same problem with my 2004 (Camry) Solara. I was told it's a problem with the CV joints.

Could be CV joints. Best to get it looked at by a mechanic, they'll tell you right away what it is.

Upper strut mounts very common problem , would be a good time to put struts on to.

look under your bonnet, where the exhuast starts. this is probably rusted.
