Yeah don't worry about it. It will prob just close it's eyes during the flash anyway.

Diffuse the flash by putting some gauze or translucent plastic over the strobe head and bounce it off the ceiling. Have you ever looked at a flash as it goes off? Imagine what that might feel to a baby; in other words, the baby can't tell you so why take chances?

Honestly, I've never heard of any studies into this question so all we're getting are speculations... but, again, why take chances with a baby's eyes?

Yes unless they were born with bad eyesight or something, then dont do it. But if u want to do it, dont do it directly in front of their eyes, stand back a little, like 3 feet afar or whatever. Maybe u should just go to a doctor to make sure everything is okay with ur baby first and then take the picture. Wait....why dont u just turn off the flash on the camera?

Unless the child has a seizure disorder, flash photography isn't unsafe... but the baby probably won't enjoy it. Just think of someone surprising you with a camera in your face!!!

Do not do it directly in there eyes. With photoshop,if you take the baby pic without flash, you can brighten it to make it look like with flash. try that

I have never heard of anything bad happening to the child resulting from an electronic flash.

If they're sleeping or turned away from the flash, then I guess it's okay.
