Letting a guy your not interested?

How do you let a guy know you're not interested in dating him. I mean even if you like him as a friend and maybe the same way he likes you? It's just I have no intrest in dating what so ever. But the thing is i'm very nice and I can't say no at all (well i mean i can) but not if it would hurt a person's feelings. -_-

it wont hurt if you say no with respect and acknowledgement for a possible friendship
