well, I just asked out this girl I liked alot and I got burned to the ground. it hurts really bad. I tried to stop thinking about it. I went for a walk, went to the gym, and other things. it seems like nothing is working. I think she is going for my room mate and that is torture.
I got sick and couldnt eat dinner at all.I feel like throwing up. Time seems to be going really slow. we still talk and everything. I lied to her to hide how i feel. She seems to already know

I would try to not take it personally. Try to think of it as things happen for a reason. She may not really be the person who you want her to be and you would really be glad down the road you didn't date her. You don't really want someone who doesn't want you. You are better than that. It does "suck" when you like someone who doesn't like you in the same way. There are reasons we don't know why. If it doesn't hurt to much, try to just be her friend. You would get to know her as a friend and would find out if you would have wanted to truly date her anyway. Being good friends first is the best thing anyway. Maybe she would see something about you down the road.....In the meantime, whenever you feel down or blue, the best thing to do, I have found is to get out there and volunteer. When you help others, it sure helps you to forget about your problems and helps put a smile on someone elses face. It can be just holding a door open for someone who's hands are full, or going to the local hospital and putting in time there. Don't let it get you down. If it is meant to be you will see the best come your way. It may be just around the corner and you will be thankful for this unanswered prayer! Hugs to you.

Anyway,, here is a website for men called: How to Deal with Rejection from Women. I don't know if you can get anything from it or not. There are four pages of it. http://www.articlebiz.com/article/5325-1-how-to-deal-with-rejection-from-women/

Rejecting is possibly the worst thing to go through. It shatteres your confidence immensely and makes you doubt your abilities. If they are constantly around that doesn't help at all. In my experience, becoming colder as a person is the best way to protect yourself from future insidences. You may become cynical about you outlook on life in general, but sometimes you need to worry about YOU. You musn't let a girl, no matter who she is, be able to hurt you and make you suffer. Be strong.

Move on. It's the best thing to do. Turn on your stereo and jam out to get her off your mind.

Or just go find you a better girl.

Ah, bless you - but not every girl you are interested in will be interested in you.
Move on and find someone else, pretty soon you will have forgotten all about her - honest!

Assume she's too stupid to know a good thing when she sees it.
