Better than bleaching your teeth is to try to limit eating foods that stain your teeth, like tea, coffee, coke and tannin rich liquids. I tried this and my teeth became white again. It took several months. Amazingly tea tanins stain the body on the inside as well as the outside. So you bleach your teeth on the surface, but the discoloration is systemic. I always felt that bleaching weakens the enamel. Bleaching, which is an oxidative process, weakens structures (not strengthens) Clothes wear out faster whren you bleach them. Just something to think about. Good Luck!

you can buy bleaching kits from any chemist or some large supermarkets. they are quite expensive but they do work as long as you keep using them otherwise your teeth go back to the colour they were. all it involves is making a mold of your teeth with the special mold provided and then you add the bleaching solution into the mold and apply it to your teeth for a few minutes. i saw the difference in my teeth after only a few applications but like i said it is not permanent

they are all a waste of money, go to the dentis and get a cleaning. the pumis will removes all staining and then they will polish them. after that talk to ur dentsit about a take home colgate kit. it runs about 350$ but the results are 100% better. i know b/c i am a dental assistant and i have used the kit. good luck!

Don't do it at all. It'll weaken your teeth, and enamel.
