I meant where legal immigrants are marked OR required to wear a symbol.

Hell no! All they have to do is have the proper papers. I believe it's called a Green Card. If they have one, they're legal. I don't know anyone, not even the most radical right-wing Republicans who have a problem with LEGAL immigration. It's the ILLEGAL kind that pisses 'em off. I'm a pretty liberal guy in most respects, but I'm with 'em on that one 100%!

No way it will never happen because the Constitution say we have freedom of religion.
