Good answers so far, but did you also try rotating the headlamp/dash switch pull out that goes from dim to bright for the dash lights and also has a position for turning on the dome light when you're inside the car with the door(s) closed.

It could be a # of things wrong. I used to own a 1970 Fleetwood Brougham (damn good cars for there day). It could be the fuse, light switch, or wiring. For me. It ended up being a loose wire behind the dash. Get a Chilton's manual and see what the prob could be. You can get them at any Auto Zone, Napa, or O'Rilly's.

Either a blown fuse or a bad switch, or the bulbs are all burned out, or the connection between the harness and the gauge cluster is bad.

it is possible all the bulbs are burnt out then again the headlight switch carries a rheostat or it is next to the headlight switch for dimming interior and dash light
