If not, what implications could that have against the U.S.?

And again, this is an honest question looking for honest answers.

no, i don't.

i think if we pull out, Iran will go in. and then the Saudi's will do like they promised, and go in too. they'll be fighting each other, with the poor Iraqi's in the middle. a lot of the Iraqi's just want to be left alone to live their lives. some are afraid to do much of anything, because they know the terrorists will kill them for cooperating with our military.

this is why it should be of paramount importance for our media to stop broadcasting calls for retreat. the terrorists know all they have to do is lay low a little and wait- then our cowardly media and fellow countrymen will put even more pressure on Bush to get out and they can have free reign.

The Maliki government FIRST must disarm and hardhandly control the secterian killings. When was the last time a suicide bomber claimed to be al-qaeda? Lastly, the only support Maliki is trying to get from the US is arms and money.

Not a hope in hell. The Iraqis don't have the will or the organization. In WWI, it took an Englishman to rally the Arabs. They have too many centuries-old hatreds. Too many tribal, ethnic, and religious feuds. The only time they take time off from killing each other is when there are infidels to kill, and even that doesn't hold them for long. Life is cheap in the middle east. Killing is only a major issue if it's an infidel at the trigger. They haven't got a prayer without us.

Implications? War, terrorism, you know--the usual stuff.

No, we need to be able to go where we need to go and do what we need to do to take Al Q and it's supply network apart, that's the only reason for dealing with anyone in Iraq or Pakistan face to face instead of from a control panel. The situation is everyone is willing to make a deal with the devil if it helps them achieve power in thos ecountries, and unfortunatly some political parties in this country are no better.

individually i've got self belief it. i think of each government interior the worldwide that intends to apply oil and has the aptitude to engage with this difficulty is there. It is sensible all human beings desires to regulate the substances. yet I agree what they're doing and how and so on isnt nicely documented. i think of the pink meat with Iran is as a results of fact they chosen to not use american synthetic nuclear rods of their reactors. I wager in the event that they had chosen to purchase american it could be the russians asserting they're the enemies of the unfastened worldwide.

Maliki has been asking for proper up to date weapons from the Bush administration for months. The U.S. refuses to budge.Maliki also advised that his people could take over securiity in Iraq within six months if they ahd the proper weapons. I believe he could have if the U.S. would step aside. As far as alquada is concerned, it's anyone's guess since there are now so many groups, no one knows what fighter belongs to what group of fighters anyway.
NO ONE, the U.S. included, is properly prepared to defeat alquaeda anytime soon.

I don't think they can do it on their own. When USA pulls out of Iraq, the Muslim Terrorists will know they won, it will give them a huge moral bust, After that they will be ready and have more power to attack the West and America.

They can't seem to do it with US support. Al Quaida entered Iraq about the same time the US did.
