Call, write and e-mail PETA. They will help you. http://rds.yahoo.com/_ylt=A0oGkjtQ8rtFBWEB0FRXNyoA;_ylu=X3oDMTE5dTRmcjZuBGNvbG8DdwRsA1dTMQRwb3MDMQRzZWMDc3IEdnRpZANNQVAwMDRfMTIx/SIG=1189b9cdf/EXP=1170031568/**http%3a//www.peta.org/

Contact the Humane Society of the United States.I would take your video to the local news stations in your area.I am surprised that the ASPCA did nothing.I am not surprised that some local yocal sherriff did nothing though. You need to let as many agencies and media outlets know about this.Good Luck and God Bless!!!

Try other agencies -- PETA (757-622-7382), local animal rights or hobby groups -- until you find one that will act. When the story breaks, be sure to highlight the lack of response of the local sheriff (animal cruelty is against the law) and the local ASPCA. They are just as guilty by their inaction as the puppy farm.

I would call the cops and tell them what is happening, call new media stations, newpapers, take your own pictures in case they want to interview you, but take it from a distance so they dont say you were trespassing. Tell everyone! And tell those ASPCA people to start freaking doing their jobs. Animals may not talk and walk like we do, but their living creatures too and deserve to be treated with respect. They have feelings just like anyone else in this world.

Something wrong here.... It is very hard to believe that neither the police nor the ASPCA did anything if the facts are as you reported them. Post your supposed video on YouTube.

Let your local news know the problem, where it is, and the fact that you are having trouble getting the enforcement that is legal!
If you can get them to run the story, that could be an embarrisment for the agencies who will not help.

give the tape to your local news station and tell them that the cops and ASPCA didn't do anything, you can bet once the story breaks they will do something about it.

Its hard to believe that the ASPCA did nothing. If this is true you must try again to report it. That sounds horrific

Keep going up. Go to the state police. Talk to an attorney. Go to the news. Puppy mills need to be shut down.

Whatever you do AVOID PETA!!!! Regardless of what they say, they kill animals. Two of their employees were caught dumping bodies of animals they were to bring to Norfolk to help find homes for. Instead, they euthanized the animals.

places like this do source their doggies from out and out domestic dog Farms, yet in addition they have BYBs who're basically too satisfied to reproduce, and use this way of place as an outlet - taking their litters, as quickly as weaned (with a bit of luck!) on consignment. some are offered with registration papers (with the aid of fact i think of they're going to hold extra earnings in the event that they do have papers), yet that may no longer many times the case - extremely many times the mum and dad are not registered, meaning the doggies will no longer be able to be the two. so a strategies as tracing Bella's breeder, i'm afraid you're probable out of success except this shop is waiting to help you. you would be able to desire to touch the Samoyed Breed club to confirm no depend if or no longer they comprehend of any breeder who frequently factors puppy shops, yet whether you detect the breeder, no depend if or no longer that they had provide you from now on concepts approximately any hereditary subject coming from their breeding programme is so no longer likely as to be extraordinarily much impossible to anticipate. actuality is they do exactly no longer CARE as long with the aid of fact the money from those litters rolls in. the only answer with this occasion is to no longer purchase into it. stay away from doggies from puppy shops, BYBs and of direction, domestic dog Farms. i comprehend that is complicated to stroll removed from that lovable domestic dog in a save window, yet while heartbreak like this (lots as diabetes isn't a death sentence by utilising a protracted way) is to be prevented, basically ever purchase from a typical respected breeder, whether in specific circumstances the unpredicted can happen while breeding residing beings. i'm effective your female would be ok, as quickly as on a competent regime to regulate her subject.
