I got a Muslim co-worker who won't eat pork or something no kosher. He fest on Ramadan. But he likes to go to bikini bars ( watch lap dancings) and want to go to night clubs and check girls out. He is a married man with kids.
Is he just full of it ? Or does Islam allow that ?

Well looking at a women once is for free to look twice it is against you. He is allowed to do anything he likes he is free but is it permissible in Islam? No of course it is not. He eats Halal meat, does not eat pork and fasts in Ramadan but this is not all there is to our faith. If he is a married man or not he is not to go watching women in bikinis dancing and the fact he has wife and kids makes it worse. If he has Muslim friends who knows he does this they should be advising him against such an activity. Men in Islam are not to look at women lustfully. I suggest you tell your co worker to go and have a word with the local Imam to tell him what he is doing and the Imam will put him straight, giving him the full answer as to why he should not be doing this and help him to stop this activity.
Just because someone is a Muslim does not mean they are not human. Some Muslims drink, smoke have affairs commit crimes etc. Just in the same way all catholics, Christians and Jews etc commit sins too. No one said every Muslim was perfect, we sin, we ask for forgiveness but the point is once the sin is asked to be forgiven not to commit it again. Otherwise you are just throwing it back in Gods face. Sins are forgivable, no one is without sin, Muslim or not. So the guy is making a mistake, he is human we do make errors, even Muslims.

He's totally full of it. In Islam, you are prohibited from going to a club/party if it is inappropriate in any way. If you're his friend, I suggest you take him to a Imam (Muslim priest) and tell him to get him straight. The fact that he has a wife AND kids kind of makes it worse.
But, humans sin and it's pretty normal, considering that many people do go to clubs and drink and smoke, etc. He's a human and just can't help it.
By the way: Many people are commenting that Muslim men are allowed to marry up to four women. But the prophet Muhammed (S) just married more than once due to the fact that after he married, the woman either died or left him.

Yes I do. I shack my butt a lot too! The Latin blood that courses through my veins has given me the ability to dance and look good while doing it. I've been told I have a chicken butt. I have yet to produce any eggs though.
