That depends on how you look at it. Presumably, if the society's IQ raised there would most likely be more Jews, being that Jews overall have the highest IQ. However there would be sacrificial reigions being that with a higher IQ they would relize what they are doing is dumb. There likely would be lest Atheists being that Atheists have no moral code that allows civilizations to thrive in learning along with other things. However many of the people intelligent enough to think that there is no god are intelligent people, many of whom are scientists.

More and here is the scripture for it; 1 Corinthians 1:27 But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;
1 Corinthians 1:20 Where is the wise? where is the scribe? where is the disputer of this world? hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world?
Unwise and poor people generally have more faith, and they trust in God more than man.
Also intellegent people are more likely to fall for the saying that something is too good to be true. If someone says he wants to give you 5 million dollars you better run, but the intellegent people stay and see if it is true.
Here the Bible makes clear not many wise people are even called to God; 1 Corinthians 1:26 For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called:
Matthew 7:14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
So you see God did not call wise people to be saved, the smarter you are the more likely you are to be homosexual too but God would not hold this against you any more than being wise in your own eyes.
On the reverse side of this wisdom what is it; the fear of God is wisdom not I.Q. test. Proverbs 2:5 Then shalt thou understand the fear of the LORD, and find the knowledge of God.
Ecclesiastes 3:14 I know that, whatsoever God doeth, it shall be for ever: nothing can be put to it, nor any thing taken from it: and God doeth it, that men should fear before him.
Ecclesiastes 12:13 Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.
These words will witness against you on the day of Judgement or they will be your friend depending on what you do with them?

If the average was higher, then that would be average. You need to check with your old stats books.
IQ measures how well we will do on school related tasks. It does not measure religious observance.Religious people are not "less intelligent ".

Probably about the same amount. Though it's probably true that atheists tend to have higher IQ's, it would all move relatively. Religion is more of a social dynamic then an intellectual trend.

Probably more, which I find hilarious because there IS a god. In our society a high IQ is associated with all the mainstream ideas. Stray from them in any way and you are ridiculed. This is a great way to make the intelligent narrow minded without even knowing it.

You have a false premise. Some of the best Christians I know have little IQ, on the other hand there are great thinkers like CS Lewis that were converted from athiesm into Christianity.
IQ has nothing to do with faith.

The same. IQ has nothing to do with it - atheists are as much a product of upbrining and environment as Christians. Liberal universities would still pump out high numbers of educated atheists.

Definately more.
High intelligence gives people the ability to reason for themselves.
Once they have done that they see there is no basis in religion and reject it for the only rational choice - Atheism.

IQ is not related to atheism. Some of the smartest people in the US are also religious.
