DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CREAM CHEESE CAKE
CAKE:
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. hot coffee
2/3 c. oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
FILLING:
1/3 c. sugar
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 c. finely chopped nuts
1/4 c. sugar
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl combine all cake ingredients. Beat at low speed until moistened. Beat 1 minute at medium speed. Pour into greased and floured 9"x13" pan.
In small bowl, cream 1/3 cup sugar, cream cheese, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and 1 egg until fluffy; fold in chocolate chips and nuts. Spoon teaspoonfuls of filling evenly over batter; sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes. Cool completely. Store in refrigerator.

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

5 x Apples, sliced and peeled
1 c Brown Sugar
3/4 c Quaker Oats
3/4 c Flour
1 t Cinnamon
1 t Nutmeg
1 ea Stick Butter, softened
1/4 c Apple Juice, or water
Preheat oven to 375 deg F. Put half of the apples in a greased 9“x9” pan. Blend together remaining ingredients, except juice, and crumble half the flour mixture over the apples. Cover with remaining apples and flour mixture. Pour juice over top. Bake 35 minutes. Great with vanilla ice cream.

Make a apple and choco chip cheesecake. Use the oatmeal and butter for the crust and the cream chese and coco for the filling. the rest for the top.

this website has a good recipe of a good choco cake...it makes 12 servings...so just half the stuff needed and that will make 6 servings instead...its been tried and tested to be a tasty cake for anytime...of course for desert!...for cocoa powder, just use those cadbury cocao powder for hot choco...and don't bother with the icing, you can put ice cream next to a slice of it and sprinkle choco chips on top...

if oatmeal is the same as rolled oats then you can make chocolate chip flapjacks. melt enough butter to cover and stick rolled oats together..mix in chocolate chips...pat down into a baking tray and cook on 180 degrees for twenty minutes..allow to cool et voila chocolate chip flapjacks...ooppss nearly forgot..add some syrup to the mix to bind the the butter covered oats and off you go.

cut core out of apple & slice. mix a batter of flour and a slight tinge of sifted cocoa,coat apples & deep fry when cooked sprinkle lightly with sugar quick simple & tastey.
