Crayfish

If you like crabs you'll LOVE Crayfish - I eat lobster second and crabs as a last resort. The tails has the most meat and provides for a meal as opposed to crabs where you have to work (lol) to get at the meat. Without seasoning the meat from the Crayfish is the sweetest of all crustacians. With seasoning the skys the limit

One of the many bonuses from living in the South Pacific (New Zealand) is having a ready supply of seafood in your backyard ;)
