Hot Chocolate Cake
1 Yellow Cake Mix (any variety) baked as directed on package.
2 Large Hershey Bars (or your favorite type of milk chocolate)
1 Straw
Bake the cake in a loaf pan, let it cool 15 minutes and then remove it from the pan to a platter. Let the cake cool another 15 minutes or just until it is warm do not let it completely cool. Take the straw and poke holes in the cake randomly (it doesn't have to be exact). Melt the chocolate in a double boiler (one pan filed about 1/3 full of hot water with another pan on top where you place the chocolate to melt) once the chocolate melts pour the chocolate over the cake. The chocolate will run down into the holes from the straw. Be warned the chocolate will search out the holes and leave the top of the cake looking somewhat undesirable but do not fret. Once you have placed all the chocolate on the cake - cut the cake and serve - I promise you that you will not be thinking about what the top of the cake looks like. It is delicious!

I agree with Poutine's recipie. we call that Wacky Cake, it's the cake we've been eating since the 50's. and if anyone looks closely,, there's NO EGGS in it.
We top it off with a buttercream frosting.
mmmmmmmm it's the best there is.
and yes, it is fast, easy and very moist.
